What Is the Discover My Core Framework?
The Discover My Core (DMC) Framework is a proprietary purpose coaching methodology created by Nitesh Gawade over 17+ years of working with 1,20,000+ participants across India, the UK, UAE, Singapore, and the USA.
It is the core intellectual property of the Licensed Purpose Coach Community (LPCC) and is licensed exclusively to LPCC-certified coaches through the Edify Labs brand license.
Why Was Discover My Core Created?
After nearly a decade of studying psychology and coaching, Nitesh Gawade noticed a critical gap:

Existing coaching frameworks addressed skills, habits, and goals — but none addressed identity and mission at a deep, structured level. DMC was built to fill that gap.
The 6 Modules of Discover My Core
Module 1: Innate Potentials
Every person is born with natural strengths that are not skills acquired through practice but inherent capacities. DMC identifies your top 3 Innate Potentials through a structured discovery process.
Examples: Natural leadership, empathy, systems thinking, storytelling, healing presence
Module 2: Action Orientation
How a person naturally takes action reveals their role in any team, project, or community. DMC maps clients into 4 Action Orientations:
Module 3: Passions
Distinct from hobbies, passions in DMC are areas of sustained energy — things you do that leave you more energised than you started. DMC separates passions from skills to eliminate confusion.
Module 4: Past Life Patterns
Our formative experiences create unconscious "programming" that shapes all major life decisions. DMC brings these patterns into conscious awareness so clients can choose which to keep and which to release.
Module 5: Pillars
The 5 life Pillars — Health, Relationships, Career, Finance, and Spirit — are assessed individually. DMC helps clients understand how their Core should be expressed across each pillar.
Module 6: The Core
The culmination. The Core is a one-sentence, deeply personal statement of identity and mission. It answers:

Once a client discovers their Core, all decisions — career changes, relationship choices, business ventures — become clearer and more aligned.
