10 years before founding LPCC, Nitesh Gawade had achieved every conventional milestone: an Engineering degree with Distinction, an MBA from a Top B-School, and a secured job in a Top Bank. He was newly married and expected to feel settled, happy, fulfilled.
He didn't.
