At Living the Unlived, we are committed to delivering a transformative programme experience. We want you to be fully confident in your decision to join LPCC.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the Induction Session. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund. To be eligible, you must not have accessed more than the first two modules of the programme.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, call our team at 810 830 1176 or 810 830 1176, or WhatsApp us with your registered name, contact number, and reason for the request. Our team will process eligible refunds within 10–14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The registration and processing fee (if applicable), any workshop or event fees paid separately, and fees paid after the 7-day refund window are non-refundable.
5. EMI & Instalment Plans
If you are enrolled under the 3-month instalment or 12-month EMI plan, refund requests are subject to the same 7-day policy. Instalments already collected before the refund approval date may not be refunded.
